Hassle-free returns for U.S. customers

Our Promise

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Tip: Keep original packaging and all accessories until you’re sure you’re keeping the item.

Return Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Please include order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

Non-returnable items: gift cards, clearance/final-sale items, perishable goods, and items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

How to Request a Return/Refund

Step 1 Email support@northbaywavellc.com with your order #, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).
Step 2 We reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Step 3 Ship the item back (use a trackable service). Once received and inspected, we process approved refunds in 5–7 business days.

For exchanges: request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement to receive it faster.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong or damaged item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Our fault (damaged/defective/incorrect): We cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.
  • Change of mind / not as expected: Customer covers return shipping. Item must arrive in original condition.
  • Restocking fees: We do not normally charge restocking fees. Excessively used or missing-parts items may be partially refunded.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
