Same-day cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders after the cut-off ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout by weight, dimensions and destination. We periodically offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders.

Tracking & Delivery

Every shipment includes a valid tracking number. You’ll receive tracking by email immediately after dispatch.

Delivery attempts: Carriers typically attempt 1–2 times; unsuccessful deliveries may be held at a local facility for pickup.

Undeliverable & Damages

If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address or undeliverable status, reshipment costs may apply.

For damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (include photos). We’ll resolve promptly with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
